Born in Wakayama Pref. in 1965.

With allergic diathesis, trying to a doctor from  early childhood. Giving up as an impossible dream 10 years old.

Instead, trying to a design engineer for manufacturing plain or ship.

Graduated from Rokko High Scool in Kobe in 1984.

Graduated from Faculty of Engineering, Kyoto University in 1989.

Graduated from Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University in 1991. Becoming a scholarship student of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries(MHI) at the advice of the senior of the school. Confirmed the decision to go to Nagasaki Shipyard to design merchant vessels when viewing to the shipyard with getting onboard a ship between Koyagi Plant and Nagasaki Plant in the shipyard, which had been never seen nor experienced before, So Big!

Entered to MHI in April, 1991 as a design engineer of Machinery Part of Merchant Vessels. (Refer to the “WORK HISTORY” in detail related to the work in MHI and so on.)

 

Worked for Merchant Vessels, such as LPGC, PCTC, RORO, FERRY, CONTAINER, TECHNO SUPER LINER, DRILL SHIP, CRUISE.

 

When I worked in Nagasaki, Shimonoseki Shipyards and Rio Grande in Brazil, the work performance in the ship building industry in Japan kept poorer compared to that of Korea and China.

At that time, when I came back to Nagasaki from Brazil, I felt “Déjà vu”?? Because the scene was almost the same thing as Brazil, where I saw the company in danger of bankruptcy. Employees complained as the third party, never as the persons concerned.

 

I felt the same way to the projects related to Cruise Ships, AIDA. Many items and matters concerned to the results of the projects, all related persons believed. On the other hand, it was possible to avoid the failure. Or at least it was
